  • Site conditions differ from those originally disclosed.

A project shall only commence after written approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3. Payments

  • Deposits are required before project commencement.

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.

  • Final payment must be completed before project handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.

All payments are non-transferable unless approved by Dulad’s Design.

4. Custom Furniture Orders

Custom furniture is manufactured according to client-approved specifications.

Because custom products are made specifically for each client:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and delays.

  • Minor variations in color, grain, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur due to the natural characteristics of materials.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information.

  • Grant reasonable site access when required.

  • Review and approve designs, drawings, samples, and specifications promptly.

  • Obtain any permissions or approvals required from landlords, building management, homeowners associations, or local authorities.

Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

6. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property

All concepts, drawings, renderings, plans, layouts, visualizations, photographs, designs, and related materials created by Dulad’s Design remain the intellectual property of Dulad’s Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use approved designs solely for their intended project.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.

Dulad’s Design shall not be responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Material shortages.

  • Supplier delays.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Site accessibility issues.

  • Client-requested changes.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Project schedules may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Product Warranty

Warranty coverage, where applicable, will be specified in writing for individual products or projects.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Improper use or maintenance.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Damage caused by environmental conditions.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services and products:

  • Custom furniture and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable.

  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Deposits paid for design services may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
